We serve fabrication, machining and finishing needs spanning low volume specialty markets to high volume, low cost commodity markets. Milling:

1 cubic foot maximum, +/- 0.0002″ precision, 5 and more axis

Turning:

Up to 27″ diameter, up to 40″ length, +/- 0.0002″ precision, 3 axis with live tools

Grinding and Honing:

Up to 6″ diameter, up to 40″ length, within 50 millionths accuracy

Waterjet:

Up to 6″ thick, 48″ wide, 128″ length

Prototype Model Making:

1 cubic foot maximum, +/-0.0002″ precision
